The National Returns ist ein unabhängiges Online-Angebot. Es bietet einen interaktiven Rechner, mit dem Leserinnen und Leser eigene Prognosen zur Wahl in den Vereinigten Staaten im November 2028 (Präsidentschaft, Senat und Repräsentantenhaus) erstellen und mit anderen teilen können. Ausgangspunkt sind öffentlich verfügbare Wahlergebnisse. Das Angebot ist parteipolitisch unabhängig und stellt keine Wahlwerbung dar.

Die Seite zeigt keine offizielle Prognose und keine Umfrage, sondern die Einschätzungen ihrer Nutzerinnen und Nutzer. Sie steht in keiner Verbindung zu Parteien, Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten, Wahlkampagnen oder Medienunternehmen.

Die Ausgangsdaten (Ergebnisse der Präsidentschaftswahl 2024 und der Kongresswahlen 2026) beruhen auf Ergebnissen der Wahlbehörden der Bundesstaaten und auf Medienberichten. Ergebnisse, die noch nicht beglaubigt sind, sind als inoffiziell gekennzeichnet. Alle Angaben erfolgen ohne Gewähr.

Die Kartendarstellung beruht auf eigenen, vereinfachten Umrissen der Bundesstaaten. Die verwendeten Schriften (UnifrakturMaguntia, Oswald, Newsreader, IBM Plex Mono) stehen unter der SIL Open Font License 1.1 und werden von dieser Website selbst ausgeliefert.

The National Returns is an independent online service. It offers an interactive calculator that lets readers make and share their own forecasts for the United States elections of November 2028 (the Presidency, the Senate and the House of Representatives), starting from publicly available election results. It is independent of any party and is not campaign advertising.

This site does not publish an official forecast or a poll; it shows its readers’ own calls. It is not affiliated with any party, candidate, campaign or news organization.

The starting data (the 2024 presidential results and the 2026 congressional results) are based on results from state election authorities and on news reports. Results not yet certified are marked as unofficial. All information is provided without warranty.

The map uses simplified state outlines drawn for this site. The typefaces (UnifrakturMaguntia, Oswald, Newsreader, IBM Plex Mono) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served by this website itself.
